Right to Refuse Service
Area Limo Service reserves the right to refuse transport to any individual in accordance with company policy.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Area Limo Service vehicles. If any occupant smokes within the vehicle, they must exit to complete their smoking outside. An additional charge of $300 will be assessed for smoke removal. If additional sanitization is required, an additional charge of $300 will apply.
Damage and Misuse
Any misuse or damage to the vehicle caused by passengers, resulting in repairs or replacements, will incur additional charges as per company policy.
Video Surveillance
Area Limo Service employs video recording without audio in all vehicles for insurance purposes, quality control, and training. If a passenger prefers not to be recorded, they may request the chauffeur to cover the in-car camera. All recordings are protected under our Privacy Policy and are intended solely for internal, legal, and insurance purposes.
Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing Area Limo Service, clients and passengers acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
